GOLDEN MILK

1 cup almond milk

½ cup full fat coconut milk

1 drop ginger

1 drop turmeric

1/8 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp honey

Heat almond & coconut milk on stove, stir in remaining and pour into your favorite mug…enjoy!

BANANA MUFFINS

2 eggs

⅓ cup oil or coconut oil

1 cup mashed ripe banana

½ cup brown sugar

1 ¾ cup flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 drop cinnamon

1 drop clove1 drop ginger

Mix wet ingredients, add dry.

Bake 325 degrees for 20-25min.

Makes 12 large muffins.

Peppermint Brownie Recipe

2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips

1 cup butter

1 cup sugar

1 tbsp vanilla

4 eggs

4 drops peppermint oil

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups flour

Melt the butter + chocolate chips together.

Stir in sugar, vanilla, eggs, peppermint oil.

Fold in salt + flour.

Pour into 13"x9" pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 30min.

Let cool 10min then enjoy!!

(or just add 4 drops of peppermint to a box mix!)
